What is the core of a circulating water filtration system?

In recent years, factory recirculating aquaculture is in full swing.
Whether within the industry or outside the industry, there are a large number of people flocked to do factory recirculating aquaculture system. Unfortunately, we see that the vast majority of circulating water filtration systems fail. The reason is that investors do not master the core of circulating water filtration technology. Aquaculture is a technology-based industry. It integrates the relevant knowledge of many disciplines, including aquatic chemistry, biology, pathology, pharmacology, mechanical materials, electrical and other related professional content. For any one of these subjects, there will be a barrel effect. Leading to the failure of industrial recirculating aquaculture. On the technical level alone, the circulating water filtration system has three core, that is, physical filtration, aeration and biological filtration. Today we're going to focus on what's at the heart of physical filtering.

The purpose of our filtration is to separate the excess bait, fish feces, bacteria, dead algae and so on from the water. So in the process of breeding, a large number of the above organic matter is produced. And it will maintain a dynamic balance in the water, with the continuous addition of feed, organic suspended solids in the water will gradually increase. As fish and shrimp grow heavier and heavier, more and more waste is discharged. To prevent them from being broken down by bacteria into smaller molecules in the water, we should design an efficient device to separate these organic particles from the water in the first place.
The shape of the fish pond
In a recirculating water filtration system, we recommend that the fish pond be as round as possible. And the bottom of the fish pond, to have a pan - like taper. The direction of the water inlet pipe of the fish pond should be tangent to the diameter of the fish pond. If necessary, a certain push-water device can be added to make the water in the fish pond rotate along the direction of the center of the circle. At the same time, the sewage outlet of the fish pond is located at the bottom of the fish pond. For the layout of sewage pipes, please refer to the Cornell System. The Cornell system is a dual blowdown design. It can not only discharge the organic suspended matter on the surface of the water body, but also discharge the organic suspended matter on the bottom of the fish pond. Such a dual sewer system would be more effective for sewage separation.

In the actual production, we found that fish feces in the water decomposition behavior. The decomposes organic matter produces some gelatinous substances. Therefore, as early as possible to these fish feces, residual bait and other organic matter out of the water, is very important. This requires our physical filtration system to be timely and efficient. The precision of filtration should reach a higher level. As far as possible to reduce the content of small particles of suspended organic matter in the water. In addition, the velocity of the water is also important, as the water in the pool rotates along the tangential direction of the center of the circle, the higher the velocity, the better the effect of pollution collection. However, if the velocity is too high, fish and shrimp will consume more energy in order to resist the current, affecting the growth rate of fish and shrimp.
The choice of pool

We saw small potholes in the canvas pool due to the creases at the bottom. Such conditions can easily cause organic matter to settle into small pits. No matter how good the filtration system is, it can have serious consequences. The organic matter is quickly broken down by decomposing bacteria. Forming harmful substances that are difficult to eliminate. Therefore, for the fish pond material, we try to choose flat materials. Avoid this from happening.
